Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation. Throughout which you lay comfortably in Savasana or Corpse pose (lying down on your back). Blankets and bolsters are used to ensure you are comfortable.
Through the Nidra we will take a journey through the senses, the body, and deep into the subconscious mind. The journey can be one of release, acceptance, self love, creativity, balance and much more.
We can create a Nidra specifically for your needs as well. For example, Yoga Nidra can be extremely beneficial to those who struggle with sleep, to those who want to meditate but cannot sit in a traditional meditation and for those who are challenged by chronic stress.
