Tacy Nielson Life and Wellness (formerly Sapphire Healing) is my vessel for serving my purpose in this lifetime. I am deeply called to coaching, teaching and guiding fellow spiritual souls to live their brightest and most powerfully connected lives!

I am a lover of all things expansion and growth! I began my spiritual journey around age 24 with my yoga practice. Soon after, I started down the spirituality rabbit hole and haven't stopped since. Living a conscious, awake and intentional life is extremely important to me.

I am passionate about bringing Spirituality down to Earth. To a place where you can access your gifts daily. I want to help you root into your Spiritual practices, connect deeply to your intuition, set clear and powerful boundaries that actually work, and to FULLY step into your personal power! 

I believe we all have the ability to heal ourselves, sometimes we just need help getting started. At the beginning of my spiritual journey I felt lost and confused.
